When making reservations with Goldstar Resort & Suites, you will need to provide certain personal information, including your name, email address, home address, telephone numbers, reservation details and information requested by the hotel at check-in or check-out, details of an event you are holding, and the data necessary for processing payments, including credit card numbers, excluding the CVV, in order to complete the transaction; by doing so, you implicitly consent to authorise Goldstar Appartements Nice to use this information.
It is not secure to transmit the data required for payment, including your credit card numbers, by email, SMS or social media. To protect this data, please transmit it to us only through our booking module on our website, by telephone or by email.
It is not the intention of Goldstar Appartements Nice to collect personal information from minors (as defined by applicable laws). Should this occur, we invite the parent or guardian of the minor to contact us, so that we can take the appropriate steps to delete the said information.
